 Replacing Wiper Blades
Keeping your wiper blades in proper operating condition is one of the cheapest maintenance you can do for your car. It is also, one of the most neglected components of a vehicle. A simple test is to turn your wipers on. If your not getting a "clear picture" through your windshield, you need to replace your wipers. Makers of wipers and blades, encourage vehicle owners to change their wipers every 6 to 12 months. Following this simple rule can keep your field of vision at it's highest.
After washing my car, should I use wax or sealer?
Sealers, which are typically petroleum based and contain silicones, usually last much longer (up to a year or more) than ordinary wax. Let it be known that some wax products actually contain the same ingredients as sealers. Use your judgment and possibly trial and error. After using the 2 products, you may be able to choose which you like best.
 Protecting your aluminum wheels
Use wax or sealer to protect your wheels. If your clear coating has worn off, use "mag wheel" polish. Unprotected aluminum wheels will corrode over time and will cause plenty of cosmetic damage.
